Meet Addison... Adeline's American Girl Bitty Twin. I think you have met once before when Addison was visiting NY with us. We took her and Adie to the American Girl Doll store on 5th Avenue. And what an experience that was for Adie. She took one look at the Doll Salon and deemed it Addison's turn next! While I thought it was all very cute how much Adie was enjoying herself, I was also very scared at how much this was going to cost me! Luckily we got off very easy with a $10 pig tail "do" for Addison.
So fast forward about 4 months to our newest Addison adventure. Adeline decided that Addison needed chapstick... RED chapstick all over her. Little Addison's eyes were glued shut with chapstick and let's just put it this way we were not going to be able to clean her. Adie was very upset when she realized that Addison was ruined and she was unable to play with her. But have no fear... American Girl Doll Hospital is near... well with a little bit of postage it is anyway.
So Adeline did some laundry and folded some towels and had earned the money to send Addison to the hospital to be "fixed". Nearly every day for 2 weeks Adie asked me, if she did more chores would Addison come back today?... cute, but obviously the the chore thought was lost in translation!
Anyway just a few day's ago Addison returned home from the American Girl Doll Hospital with a clean bill of health. And as for the medical bill... well let's just say it cost me!
